Ingredients

    1 lb haddock or other fish, frozen or fresh
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup + 1/4 cup water
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 tbsp margarine
    salt
    pepper

Directions

In a glass casserole dish, put in haddock and onion.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over top.

Dot margarine over the top as well

Cover with soup and 1/4 water mixture

Bake @ 350, uncovered, for 45 min.

FRESH FISH WILL TAKE LESS TIME!

    Very Good
    Delicious! Have made this many times already using fresh Bass. I added 1 clove garlic, 4 oz can mushroom pieces & used 2% milk instead of water. I also microwave the onions & garlic before adding it to the casserole. - 4/8/08
