Ingredients

    8.0 oz Jimmy Dean pork sausage hot
    6.0 serving Great Value Turkey Sausage Patty
    16.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    140.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    8.0 serving Great Value Turkey Sausage Patty

Directions

Brown Jimmy Dean sausage and drain. Place in non stick 9x13 pan. Layer cubed Turkey Sausage, peppers and onions. Pour beated eggs over top. Bake 350 about 30 min. Layer chopped potatoes on to partially baked casserole. Bake another 30 or until potatoes are goldern. Freezes well.
