Ingredients

    1/4 cup Chia seed
    1 Tbs Maple syrup
    1 cup- Almond milk
    1 avocado, flesh only

Directions

Blitz maple syrup, milk and avocado together until smooth
Stir through chia seed
Cover and leave in fridge overnight
