Ingredients

    6 serving Member's Mark 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    .5 cup Spinach, fresh
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE)

Tips

You can vary this recipe with whatever veggies you like. Add green chile or mushrooms....don't forget to adjust for calories if you are keeping track of them.


Directions

Spray pan with Olive Oil...sautee all veggies on med heat until desired consistency, add egg whites, add salt and pepper to taste.
