Ingredients

    3 cup Spaghetti Squash
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    3 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    6 tsp Garlic

Directions

Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic in olive oil until desired doneness. Add precooked spaghetti squash (no oil when baked or cooked). And marinara sauce and cook until hot.
