Ingredients

2 Polish Sausage links, cooked
1 very small head of green cabbage or half a medium sized one, shredded
1 cup sauerkraut
12 ounces unsweetented applesauce
Half white onion, chopped
Three cloves of garlic, chopped
Two tablespoons poppyseeds
3 TBS butter
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet. Cook shredded cabbage for about five minutes, or until soft. Add onion and garlic and poppyseeds and cook with lid on for a few minutes more, until onion is transluscent. Add cooked polish sausage, sauerkraut and applesauce. Put the lid on and let heat through, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
