This is an old WW trick, best made in muffin tins (1. for portion control and 2. for texture). Ingredients

3 cups 100% bran cereal
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 box Betty Crocker low fat brownie mix
1/2 tbsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F, and spray cupcake tins with nonstick spray (don't use liners).
Mix water and cereal together, let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the brownie mix and baking soda, stir together well.
Bake 20-25 minutes and then let cool completely.
