Introduction

Ingredients

    2.92 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked
    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.0 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk
    2.0 clove Garlic
    0.25 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    0.99 cup Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated

Directions

Puree the cauliflower. In saucepan cook garlic and green onion in butter until translucent, add cauliflower and about 1cup water. Cook down and add milk and 1 cup mashed potatoes and season to taste. Makes five 120 calorie servings.
