Ingredients

    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    227 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    100 grams Roasting Chicken, dark meat
    50 gram(s) Rice Vermicelli
    3 1tsp Sesame Oil
    .25 tsp VEGETA (by SEANSMOM314)
    .3 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 fl. oz Sherry, dry

Directions

Slice onion and brown on high in sesame oil. Add minced garlic and chopped celery and stir fry until celery is soft. Add sliced mushrooms and stir fry until they release their juices. Add seasonings and cooked chicken and heat through. Remove from heat and allow flavours to set for at least 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, break vermicelli into 2 inch strands and soak in warm water for at least 30 minutes. Drain water from vermicelli and add to stir fry with soy sauce and sherry. Reheat on high until heated through. Adjust seasonings before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 2 or 3 servings
