    2 serving Ham, Hormel, 97% fat free, Natural Choice 100% Natural, Smoked Deli Ham (4 slices=1 serving)
    0.25 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft

Directions

Heat oven to 350 Spray 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray Chop ham Divide ham and cheese into 12 muffin cups Beat eggs and add salt and pepper to taste Evenly divided eggs into cups Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Refrigerate in air tight container up to 5 days Serving Size: 1 egg cup
