Ingredients

1.5 1tsp Canola Oil
0.75 cup Cooked Onion
4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
1.5 cup cooked tomato
1 cup peppers, red bell, cooked (by EXCESSIVELY)
0.25 cup Tomato Sauce
8 gram(s) Peppers, hot chili, green, raw (by NANCYKAREEM)
Tips
Deglazing with dry white wine is optional.
Use pre-boiled water.
For a thick sauce cook until the peppers dissolve.
Directions
1. heat oil in large frying pan on high heat.
2. add chopped onion, garlic and hot pepper until dark brown.
3. add 1/4 cup dry white wine and stir bottom of the pan with wooden spoon.
4. add chopped thick square pieces of red pepper and mix.
5. add grated tomates, seasoning and hot paprika.
6. add enough hot water to cover the peppers.
7. cover pan with lid.
8. bring to boil and lower the flame.
9. cook until peppers are tender, adding hot water when necessary and toward the end add the tomato paste.
SERVE with Pasta, Gnocchi etc.
