Introduction

I used mostly Great Value brand stuff from Walmart just because it was what I had on hand, but you can really use anything you want. I used mostly Great Value brand stuff from Walmart just because it was what I had on hand, but you can really use anything you want.
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

400 g Great Value Lightly Seasoned Ground Beef (pre-cooked, frozen)
1 can Great Value Diced Tomatoes Chili Style
2 cans Great Value reduced sodium black beans
1 can Great Value Traditional Pasta Sauce (by LUCKINS)
    1.5 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion, diced
    3 cloves Garlic, minced

Tips

You can really add anything you want to this chili -- corn or mushrooms -- you can use any kind of ground meat or even no meat at all and have a veggie chili. Add hot sauces or crushed chilis for some spice... then top with sour cream and shredded cheese!

Directions

Throw all the ingredients into the Instant Pot, stir, seal and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Release pressure, stir again and enjoy!

***The ground beef I used is pre-cooked and then frozen, if using raw ground beef, you'll want to use a full pound or 454g and cook for 20 minutes, for frozen raw ground beef, make it 25 minutes***
