Ingredients

    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water (80-90 degrees)
    4 Tbsp Canola Oil
    6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
    1/2 tsp Lemon Extract
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    2 1/2 cup bread flour
    1/2 tsp Yeast (Red Star Bread Machine Yeast)
    2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Measure ingredients, except walnuts, into bread pan.
Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber.
Add walnuts into automatic nut dispenser.
Select WHITE.
Select 1 1/2 lb loaf.
Press START.


Serving Size: approx 5/8" each slice, 13 slices per loaf
