    8 oz thinly sliced steak (flank)
    3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
    1/2-1 cup Yellow frozen corn
    1/2-1 cup brown rice
    1 1/3 slices of lowfat provolone cheese
    2 leaves green leaf lettuce
    2 cups sping mix
    1/2 sliced onion


Slightly pound meat thinner thusly wider. Layer cheese, veggies (leftovers) and roll. If needed place tooth pick to secure. Grill rollups for 7-10 minutes, until done.
Serve on bed of greens with any dressing.

I used my G.F. grill and that is the cook time depending on the thickness of the rollup.
