    1 cup shredded zucchini
    2 Tablespoons Milk
    Butter

Directions

Heat butter in skillet. In a small bowl beat eggs with milk. Stir in zucchini. Pour into skillet. scrape bottom of the skillet and stir until all eggs are cooked.
