Ingredients

16 oz Ground beef, lean
3 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
.25 tsp Ginger, ground
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Pepper, black
4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown beef with garlic in the sesame oil.
Drain most of the fat and add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper and red peppers. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve over steamed rice and top with green onions.
Serving Size: makes four 1/4 cup servings
