Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef
    260 grams Beans, black
    1.5 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Flour Tortillas
    8 serving McCormick Enchilada sauce mix (whole packet 8 servings) (by TMUSS1)

Directions

brown meet. drain excess fat. stir in prepared enchilada sauce (read packet instructions). cover & simmer about 10 mins (stir occasionally). While waiting, cut up tortillas in small bite-size strips. Add them to meat mixture & stir well. top with cheese, cover & simmer for about 2 mins (until cheese is melted). Serve!
