Ingredients
-
Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Wasabi, .05 cup, grated or paste to taste
Directions
Start with 8 oz of cooked shrimp. It is best to mix the wasabi and soy sauce first to evenly disburse the wasabi. Dry the cooked shrimp and put in a bowl. Pour the wasabi and soy sauce mix over the shrimp and stir. Done.
You can buy frozen cooked shrimp in 2lb bags. If you divide that into 4 sandwich bags, you will have four snacks or lunches ready to go. If you take them out of the freezer in the morning they will usually thaw by lunch but a lot of condensation will form, so putting them in a bowl is best. There will be a lot of excess water, so I put a paper towel in the bottom to absorb the water as they thaw.
