Ingredients

    16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef, Grass Fed
    2 fl oz White Wine
    1/2 medium Onion, chopped
    1 cup Celery, chopped
    1 cup Carrots, chopped
    6 cup Beef Broth, low sodium
    3/4 cup Barley, Quaker Quick cook
    1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
    2 cups Water
    1/2 tsp Rosmary
    1/2 tsp Thyme
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    Salt & pepper taste

Directions

Brown beef and drain. Sauté all veggies then combine all ingredients except for barley. Cook for about 20m then add barley and cook for 15m more. Season to taste. Serve and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 5 - 2 cup servings
