Ingredients

    5 slices onion, thin
    1 piece of prosciutto - 1 oz
    1 hard boiled egg
    1 whole wheat english muffin
    1t part skim shredded mozzarella
    1t light butter spread

Directions

Prepare hard boiled egg per your liking.

Mix spread and sliced onions. Cook in microwave at Power 5 for 5-7 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Lightly toast english muffin. On one side of muffin, layer prosciutto and cheese. Melt cheese under toaster.

Slice hard boiled egg and place on muffin. Top with carmelized onions.
