Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    3 tbsp Buttermilk - Powdered (Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend) (by CD4707109)
    .75 cup Organic Gold N White Flour
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .38 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until blended. Pour into a greased 8"x4" loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees on until tester comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack to cool. Serve warm.

Serving Size: one slice - one loaf probably has about 12 slices more or less.
