Introduction

Ingredients

    3lb chuck steak boneless
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 Tblsp oil
    3 Tblsp water
    2Tablespoon splenda brown sugar blend
    1 tsp ground ginger or 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp garlic minced

Directions

Mix all ingredients except steak in a bowl whisk to blend place steak in plastic bowl or bag and pour marinade over meat. make sure to coat meat completely let marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

grill over meduim coals until cooked to your liking
