Introduction

Ingredients

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
24 oz Ground Turkey Fresh Lean 93/7 (Kroger)
1.25 cup Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
1.25 cup Kroger Chicken with Rice Condensed Soup
1 cup Kikkoman Panko Whole Wheat
1 package egg noodles (not counted in nutritional information - 1 1/4 cup egg noodles makes total calorie count around 590 for one serving)
Directions
1) Cook onions and peppers until tender.
2) Stir in the can of chicken soup and tomato soup, heat until boiling and then simmer, stirring occasionally.
3) Prepare meatballs by mixing the ground turkey with the egg, breadcrumbs, and 2-3 tablespoons of sauce. Form into 24 meatballs and drop carefully into simmering pot of sauce.
Serving Size:�4 meatballs and 1.25 cups of noodles
