Ingredients

    1.25 cup Flour, white
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.75 cup 1% White Milk
    2 tbpsunpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 large Eggs
    3 tbps Margarine, soft
    0.75 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

In a large bowl whisk together flour baking powder baking soda cinnamon and salt. In a medium bowl whisk together milk brown sugar vanilla eggs and melted margarine. Stir in mashed bananas. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Pour about 1/4 cup into greased waffle maker. Serving Size: Half a waffle
