Introduction

Traditional dish made with a Pecan meal instead of bread crumbs. Traditional dish made with a Pecan meal instead of bread crumbs.

Ingredients

    230 Grams Drained Pink Salmon Boneless Skinless Canned in Water
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Pecan Flour Nature's Eats Finely Ground
    2 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    .5 tsp Dill weed, dried

Directions

Drained 2 5 ounce cans of skinless boneless pink salmon. Add to a large bowl with 2 ounces of finely chopped onion, 2 eggs 1/4 cup Pecan meal, and 1/2 tsp of dried dill weed. Mix thoroughly by hand and form into 4 equal patties. Bake at in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and turn over and bake for another 5 minutes or more until crispy golden brown.
