Ingredients

    200 grams Cashew Nuts, dry roasted
    100 grams Almonds
    50 grams Raisins
    1 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
    50 grams Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)

Directions

Am pus o punga de caju de la Lidl in apa de aseara, si separat o mana de stafide in apa cu esenta de rom. Astazi de dimineata a pus in robot o jumatate de punga de migdale tot de la Lidl impreuna cu stafidele si niste fulgi de cocos si le-am vjjjjjit. Am asezat compozitia asta pe fundul unei forme mici de tort cu peretii detasabili. In blender am mixat caju-ul cu cutia de lapte de cocos pana s-au facut de textura unei smantani grase. Am impartit continutul in doua. Prima jumatate am turnat-o peste blatul de migdale si am dat la congelator o ora. Peste jumatatea de compozitie ramasa in blender am pus o mana de afine si am mixat bine. Am turnat peste tortul racit, si am mai lasat la congelator pana m-am intors de la dentist ( vreo 2 ore ). L-am scos si l-am lasat la temperatura camerei o jumatate de ora pana l-am putut taia. Inainte sa il tai am pus deasupra cateva afine, fulgi de migdale, fulgi de cocos ( mergea foarte bine si fara fulgi dar mai aveam niste resturi). Ce a ramas am bagat la loc in congelator.
