    8 oz (227g) Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardelle
    3 T Olive Oil
    1 pound raw shrimp, peeled deveined
    2T lemon juice
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 T chopped parsley


Cook Pasta according to directions on package. Heat oil in saute pan over med-high heat. Season shrimp with salt & pepper, saute until pink. Drain pasta and toss with shrimp and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • This is exactly from the back of the package. We tried this and it is fantastic. The lemon pasta with the added lemon juice and parsley are a bright wonderful flavor. I added grated parmesan cheese on top, well it IS pasta right? We decided for our next dinner party we will make this for our guests. - 9/30/13
