Introduction

A quick, tasty vinaigrette dressing. Great for garlic lovers. A quick, tasty vinaigrette dressing. Great for garlic lovers.

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Olive Oil (I like extra virgin)
    1 TBSP White Vinegar (other vinegars will work too)
    1TBSP lemon juice
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Mince garlic, then smash with salt and pepper (to taste). Mix in 1TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP white vinegar/lemon juice and 2 TSP of dijon mustard. Stir well. You can also try basamic vinegar, wine vinegars and other oils. Thickens up a bit in the fridge but can still be stored for a few days. Yummy!
