Ingredients

2 ozs dry Whole Wheat Pasta
1 Small Summer Squash - sliced very thin
1 Med. Zuke - sliced very thin
1 Med. Onion - chopped
2 Tbsp Pesto - pref. fresh
Feta (optional)
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp. EVOO
Directions
Put water on to boil for pasta. Add EVOO to skillet, add onions on low heat. Add garlic chopped. When onions begin to turn translucent add zukes and squash. Add chicken broth. Add pesto. Simmer slowly until squash is cooked. Toss with cooked pasta and top with feta. Makes 2 servings.
