Ingredients

    16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1.5 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
    1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1.0 cup Jasmine Rice - white
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    1.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Paprika
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 tbsp Chili powder

Directions

Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces. Saute with onions in instant pot with olive oil. Once browned a little add rice and saute for about 3 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Put lid on and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Can serve with cheese, tortilla chips, avocado.
