Ingredients

    24 grams Iron vegan protein powder
    1 tbsp Organic Flaxseed Meal
    125 gram Kirkland organic Vanilla unsweetened almond non-dairy beverage milk (1C/240mL)
    30 gram Apple - Gala Apple - Apples, raw, gala, with skin - Per USDA
    1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    7 grams Walnuts
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Directions

Put everything in blender, add orange zest and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
