Ingredients

    Potato, 28 oz 2 large potatoes
    Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, .5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

1. Wash Potatoes well. Prick skins with fork and place in over directly on rack.

2. Bake for 1 hour at 400, or until potatoes are soft.

3. Slice potatoes in half and scoop out.

4. Whip potatoes using an electric mixer or masher to desired consistency, adding chicken broth and pepper to taste.
