Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    6 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Cumin (ground)
    2 clove Garlic
    1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 1/2 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Onion powder
    2 Tbsp Chili powder
    3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    3 Tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    1 cup Beans, pinto
    5 oz Avocado
    1/4 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    1/2 cups Little Salad Bar Garden Salad
    0.5 cup Cheese - Kroger Shredded Mexican Style

Directions

In a bowl, combine first 11 ingredients. Add ground turkey and stir. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

In a large pan, cook turkey mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place cooked rice in a large bowl. Add lime juice to rice. Toss to coat the rice evenly.

Divide the rice between 4 bowls. Arrange the turkey, beans, avocado, sour cream and lettuce on top of the rice. Serve immediately.
