Ingredients

    85 gram(s) cabbage, shredded, Marketside, tri-colored cole slaw
    1.5 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple Juice
    6 tbsp Great Value Light Mayonaise
    3 serving Bacon - Tyson Ready Cooked Bacon - 1 serving 2 slices
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Tips

DRAIN the pineapple, reserve 6-8 Tbsp. of juice to mix with the mayo add salt & pepper to taste to form the "dressing"


Directions

Make bacon ahead, chop into bits and re-crisp in microwave.
Mix slaw, bacon, onions with "dressing" and refrigerate for flavors to meld together.

Serving Size: makes about 6 servings 0.5 cups each
