Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup elbow Macaroni
    1 T Canola Oil
    1 T Green Curry Paste, MAE PLOY
    3.5 T all purpose flour
    540 ml Thai Coconut Milk
    0.5 tbsp Fish Sauce
    2 oz shredded (1/2 cup) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Cook pasta al dente, set aside. Heat oil in nonstick pan over med heat. Add green Curry Paste and whisk until bubbly. Whisk in flour and cook until it forms a smooth paste. Slowly whisk in coconut milk. Add fish sauce after it thickens. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Stir in cooked pasta and serve.
