    1.5 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
    1.0 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    2.0 tbsp protein powder

Directions

Grate the apple then combine all ingredients in a sealed bowl, leave overnight in fridge.
