Introduction

Quick, tasty, filling--can be made with or without shrimp using white or brown rice. Quick, tasty, filling--can be made with or without shrimp using white or brown rice.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
    2 tabl. oil
    12 ounces raw shrimp
    1/2 cup Salsa (I use Sam's Choice white corn and black bean salsa)
    1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
    Salt, pepper, garlic salt, Taco Seasonings
    Worstecheshire sauce-2 Tabl.
    Shrimp and Crab boil--1 or 2 tsp. (very spicy)
    1 small onion chopped

Directions

Pour oil in large saute pan and when heated, cook chopped onions until clear. Add tomatoes. Stir in 4 cups cooked rice, stirring often to mix thoroughly. Add salsa, shrimp boil, worstecheshire and seasonings, mixing thoroughly.
Add shrimp and cover, cooking on low until shrimp turn pink (about 5 minutes.)
Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
Serves six.
