Ingredients

    .25 cup Beans, black
    .25 cup 365 Beans, Black Eyed Peas
    .25 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    .25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    .25 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    1 tsp Crystal Louisiana's Pure Hot Sauce

Tips

optional: add avocado at time of serving. I have also added blanched & minced kale or other vegetables.
Great with tortilla chips of choice OR over salad greens.


Directions

Prep as needed...drain and rinse beans & corn, chop onion & celery.
Stir all ingredients together.

Serving Size: Makes one LARGE serving 1.25 cups
