Ingredients

    1 cup Beans Pinto Dry
    1 qt carton Pacific Natural Foods - Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
    1/2 package spaghetti sauce spice

    1/2 large zucchini sliced
    1/2 large onion sliced
    2 large rainbow carrots
    1 jalapeņo pepper, pulp & seeds removed, chopped
    2 large stalks celery, chopped


Directions

Sort & rinse beans. Soak in water overnight. Rinse again after soaking.
Add carton of soup and spices.
Add vegetables.
Stir.
Slow cook for 2 hours on hi in Fagor, stirring every half hour.
