    Layer a single slice of potatoes over the whole bottom and up the sides.

    Slice 6 oz baby spinach into 1/2 inch strips

    In separate bowl, mix:
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup member's mark plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 tsp Weber garlic Parmesan seasoning
    20 gram(s) *Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Alternate layers of sliced spinach, sliced potatoes, and egg mix until the casserole is full.

    Put into preheated 350 F oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle.
