Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    4 serving Kens Fat Free Italian Dressing Packet (1.5oz)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° Line baking sheet with parchment Mix turkey with dry ingredients. Do not over-handle or meat will be tough. Portion into 11 balls (approximately 1.5oz each) Bake for 10 minutes Flip gently. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool completely and keep individually portioned. Pairs well with ketchup/Worcestershire glaze or no sugar added marinara. Also great with steamed vegetables.
