Ingredients

    3 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    0.5 large Onions, raw
    225 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    794 grams Canned Tomatoes
    8 fl oz Red Wine
    1 serving Domino Sugar Cube Dots (1 cube)
    15 leaves Basil
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    1 tbsp Thyme, ground

Directions

Chop onion, and all vegetables (except mushrooms),
On medium heat, Sauté onion, then add pepper and saute, add eggplant and saute.
Add tomato paste and sugar cube. When cooked, add wine and let it cook.
Once all vegetables have softened, add the can of diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and all the herbs.
Grind mushroom in a food processor, add to the sauce. Bring it to a boil then lower to low to medium heat and let simmer until sauce thickens.
