16.0 oz Tennessee Pride Mild Ground Sausage
1.5 cup Kroger Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese
Directions
Press sausage into muffin tin, beat together eggs, milk, s&p. Pour into sausage muffins, fill with cheese and another toppings as desired bake at 425 for about 25 minutes or until sausage and egg is cooked through and cheese is melted. If you want a more well done sausage you can precook alone about 8-10 minutes before adding egg and reduce cook time by about 10 minutes.
