Ingredients

3 cans Bumble Bee Chopped Clams, drained, juice reserved from one can
4 fl oz White Wine
8 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 cup Sour Cream
0.5 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
1 tsp Parsley, dried
1 clove Garlic
5.5 oz Pasta, Linguini, Enriched, cooked, Barilla
Directions
Bring water for pasta to a boil.
While water is warming, drain and rinse clams, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Mince garlic.
Add pasta to water once it's boiling. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking.
While your pasta is cooking: In a large saute pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add white wine and reserved clam juice. Stir to mix thoroughly. Add sour cream and stir until it's incorporated. Add clams. Bring sauce to a simmer and add pepper and parsley to taste.
Drain and rinse pasta, top pasta with sauce, and serve!
