0.5 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
24.0 tsp Great Value Superfine Blanched Almond Flour
12.0 tsp Better Body Foods Organic Coconut Flour

Directions
Soften butter, beat in Erythritol (reserve 2 tbsp), salt, 2 tbsp hwc (reserve remaining 6 tbsp), and vanilla. Mix in flours until dough forms and mix in baking chips. Chill batter for about 30 min until firm. Add remaining hwc, Erythritol, and Ghirardelli chocolates (6 squares) together in a bowl and melt, stir until smooth. Once firm, roll dough into approximately 1 inch size balls. Place each ball into melted chocolate and cover. Place on parchment lined baking sheet, chill in fridge additional 30 minutes once covered in chocolate. Store in fridge or freezer.
