1-12oz. jar of orange or apricot marmalade, sugar
free
1/2 c. chicken broth - 98% fat free
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 pinch of ginger
Directions
Mix the ingredients and pour over chicken breasts in crock pot. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 on low. Flip breasts once during cooking.
