Ingredients

2 lbs chuck steak thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tblsp brown sugar blend splenda
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tblsp water & 1 tblsp oil
1/2 cup juice from canned pineapple slices or chunks all natural pineapple juice
3 tblsp corn starch
3 tblsp water
Directions
Place cut steak in crock pot mix all ingredients except corn starch and 3 tblsp water and cook on low for 6-7 hours. turn crockpot to high mix corn starch and water together pour and stir until slightly thickened
