Introduction

Ingredients

    6 serving ( 3 oz ) Venison
    2 cup diced Potato, raw
    6 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    3 cup McCormick Beef Stew Mix (by NICOLE6395)

Tips

Cooking time depends on whether it is on top of the stove or in a crock pot or instant pot. Time shown it for stove top cooking and that is approximate.


Directions

Cut venison into cubes (remove any fat). Brown venison and then put into pot. Cut up potatoes into small bite sized pieces. Cut onions into wedges, Leave baby carrots whole. Add the vegs to the pot with the venison. Mix the McCormicks beef stew mix in about 3 cups of warm water and then pour into the pot. Add one cup of beef broth. Put in a (small) can of tomato sauce. Cook on low on stove top until done or put in instant pot or crock pot. Serve with cornbread.
