Ingredients

    2 - 10.75 cans Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Soup
    1 - cup 1% milk
    1 lb cooked, chopped white meat chicken
    1 - cup long grain brown rice
    3 - cups Chicken broth
    2 cups fresh, steamed broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 gloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Directions

Makes 12, 1 cup servings

Boil Chicken broth and add brown rice, cover, lower to simmer for approx 40 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Mix all ingredients together and cook in 13 x 9 glass casserole pan, sprayed with nonstick spray, for approx 1 hour, in preheated oven at 325 degrees.

*Note*
I bake my boneless chicken breasts in covered dish, sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Can do this while the rice is cooking, or do ahead of time and put in fridge until you're ready to cook.
