Ingredients

    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5 tsp Better than bouillon beef broth
    5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Add pepper to turkey. Roll into loose meatballs. Brown over medium heat. Remove. Saute vegetables. Add meat and beef broth. Simmer 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 big bowls of soup
